Kveik Voss IPA.
Pitched at 37C. Open fermentation. Kegged and dryhopped 6 days after pitch.
Clean, dry finish. Decent head retention and lacing.
Very poorly flocculating yeast I think holding onto the dryhops so its a bit bitter like dryhop bitter.
Aroma is orange peel and some nelson. Yeast dominates here for aroma and flavour. That orange peel.
