ด้วยภาษาท้องถิ่นของคนราชบุรี

ซึ่งเชฟเกิดและเติบโตที่นั้น จึงทำให้ความทรงจำมากมายถูกถ่ายทอดที่ร้านอาหาร โกรก ณ บ้านหลังเก่าใจกลางเมือง ย่านชิดลม ของเชฟติ๊ตูมที่สร้างขึ้นในปี 2023

จากมรดกท่าเรืออันเก่าแก่ที่ก่อสร้างตั้งแต่ปี 1970 ริมแม่น้ำแม่กลอง ที่ถูกเลิกใช้งานและหลงลืมไปตามเวลาได้ถูกทำให้กลับมามีชีวิตอีกครั้งด้วยอาหาร

‘Grok’, meaning pier, was built by titoom family in the year 1970 which became an iconic landmark of RATCHABURI. Several decades later inspired by her childhood life living in a small cozy home next to ‘Grok’ and family starting a restaurant next to the pier, Chef TiToom was inspired to start a restaurant serving ‘Modern Thai Cuisine’ using artisanal ingredients from the region. Located in ChitLom, it is designed to resemble the original ‘Grok’ Pier in Ratchaburi, her home town filled with childhood nostalgia.
