Fisherman's Restaurant and Bar was opened 6 years ago by Khun Thanaphorn (Lek) who is from a local fishing family with generations of experience of local seafood. Fisherman's is Ban Tai's original seafood restaurant.
Popular dishes include House Special Yellow Curry Crab a recipe from Lek's mother, we keep fresh live crab in a saltwater tank which is unique to our restaurant. All our fish is fresh from the sea and not farm fed. We have mussels, clams, squid, King prawns with many cooking options with Lek's selection of homemade Sauces. For oysters or Lobster we need you to pre-order.
We are a beach side restaurant offering fresh local seafood and home cooked Thai food with out MSG. Some of our dishes are very Thai traditional, some are fusion style and others western style.
Our Thai Food is made from the freshest local ingredients and can be made local Thai style spicy spicy or as mild as you like.
We serve an excellent choice of delicious cocktails some with a few secret twists a great range of wine and desserts of the day...
Our restaurant has original seating on long tail fishing boats as Lek likes to bring some of his family history to the restaurant.
Perfect for sunsets with amazing views of Koh Samui with a beach area for before or after dinner drinks
Open every day at 1pm except sometimes in low season open at 5pm
