We started Mash with our love of food and beer, Mash is a special word that it can be related to both food and beer. Mash can simply refer to an act of food preparation (think of mashed potato:). And Mash (mashing) is also a process to mix crushed malt with hot water to form wort, the base liquid in making beer.
