Cured meats and terrines, perfect for pairing with an outstanding choice of beers and fine wines, include Italian duck salami from Lombardy, prized Spanish Iberico ham from Salamanca, and French pork rillettes. There’s also imported artisan cheeses such as homemade goat ricotta with fresh herbs, testun al Barolo, a rare example of a contemporary cheese from Italy’s Piedmont region, and manchego ewes milk from La Mancha region of Spain. Main course meat dishes to enjoy in the stylish venue include velvety mushroom risotto with seared duck and sweet potato, succulent Berkshire pork with beets, cinnamon apple and truffle vinaigrette, and premium Black Angus beef with orange glazed carrots and a classic French bordelaise red wine sauce.
